Administrative Assistant

Daily tasks will include:
- Complete a variety of administrative tasks to support various departments
- Assist with drafting letters, invoices, contracts, forms and webpages
- Assist with i) project management of engagements, ii) assignments and tasks as directed by the line manager
- Work closely and effectively to ensure that all tasks are done in effective and timely manner
- Send email follow ups to colleagues, clients and suppliers Assist with and perform research on client business setup engagements
- Assist in preparation of internal reports and emails
- Run general errands, such as notarization of documents and attending bank and client meetings
Our ideal candidate:
- Has an excellent command of English, both written and oral;
- Fresh graduates (preferably Business Studies) are welcome to apply
- Proficient in MS Office applications;
- Is a people person and willing to work in a multi-national team;
- A positive and proactive attitude;
- Is disciplined, diligent and with high professional standards;
