Administrative Assistant

Daily tasks will include:

  • Complete a variety of administrative tasks to support various departments
  • Assist with drafting letters, invoices, contracts, forms and webpages
  • Assist with i) project management of engagements, ii) assignments and tasks as directed by the line manager
  • Work closely and effectively to ensure that all tasks are done in effective and timely manner
  • Send email follow ups to colleagues, clients and suppliers Assist with and perform research on client business setup engagements
  • Assist in preparation of internal reports and emails
  • Run general errands, such as notarization of documents and attending bank and client meetings

Our ideal candidate:

  • Has an excellent command of English, both written and oral;
  • Fresh graduates (preferably Business Studies) are welcome to apply
  • Proficient in MS Office applications;
  • Is a people person and willing to work in a multi-national team;
  • A positive and proactive attitude;
  • Is disciplined, diligent and with high professional standards;
